people across continents. The children who receive our books have a powerful thirst for knowledge. They know that education is their best hope for

a better future- a future without hunger, homelessness, illness, and victimization. A book is a potent symbol of that hope, and we’d like to share that

hope with as many children as possible.”

Books of Hope Coordinator

The Middle Level Service through Art Club started in September 2007. We meet once a week on Thursdays to create educational books for the students in Uganda at the Koch Goma P-7 School. The students choose their topics, do necessary research and create the book, page by page. This year, each student created one book. We are hoping to grow the project a bit more by asking locals for book donations. Also, we would like to meet twice a week, in order to grow the program and send more books.
